Biography
Since 1949 - in the Soviet army. He graduated from the Leningrad Military-Political School. F. Engels (1954), Military-Political Academy. V.I. Lenin (1964), Military Academy of the General Staff (1969).

- 1982-1985 - Member of the Military Council - Head of the Political Administration of the South-West,
- 1985-1991 - Member of the Military Council - Head of the Political Administration of the Strategic Missile Forces.
Candidate member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1986-1990).
Awards and titles
He was awarded the orders of the October Revolution, the Red Banner, two orders of the Red Star, the order "For Service to the Homeland in the Armed Forces of the USSR" II and III degrees and many medals.
