But this version of the coat of arms was not registered with the Heraldic Council under the President of the Russian Federation and in 2007, taking into account the requirements expressed by the Heraldic Council, specialists of the Perm heraldic salon developed a new version of the coat of arms, which was approved and registered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation.
