History
Chino Moreno ( Deftones ) and Sean Lopez (Far guitarist, music producer) have been friends since childhood and lived next door in Sacramento , California . Deftones and Far were friends and even gave joint concerts in the late 1990s. But then Far broke up and the ways of Chino and Shona parted. In 2006, Sean Lopez and Chino Moreno met again, this time in the studio. Sean helped with the production vocals on the Deftones album - Saturday Night Wrist. In 2008, Far reunited, and in 2010 they released the album At Night We Live, dedicated to Deftones bass player - Chi Cheng, who got into a car accident in November 2008.
The history of Crosses began in 2010. The project was first named The Holy Ghost . It all started with how small fragments of Moreno and Lopez project songs began to appear on YouTube . The songs were minimalistic electronics with a rich use of synthesizers.

Many decided that Chino was carried away by the witch house's new-fashioned musical movement, but he himself denies this.
EP † was released on August 2 of the same year. The EP includes 5 songs. Former bassist of Guns N 'Roses Daf McCagan (bass on † his Is A † rick ) and far drummer Chris Robin took part in the recording.

In November, the release of EP † was carried over to physical media. The limited edition includes pink vinyl, a USB stick with remixes for songs from EP and various accessories for fans of the group.
In December 2011 teasers began to appear new songs of the group. The team also announced a small tour, which will be held in early 2012 in America.
At the beginning of 2012, the release date of EP †Ж was announced - January 24.
On January 16, the band released the track Prurien † through the website of Rolling Stone magazine . Previously, the band posted all the tracks of this song on their website so that the listeners could make their own remix.

The band plays alternative rock with a great influence of electronic music. In the music of Crosses synthesizers dominate. The rhythm section is mainly built on a drum machine.
