Functions
- Analysis of any economic activity and issues;

The main role of the agency is to give a neutral view on the economic issues of politics to the prime minister. In addition, it prepares a monthly report of economic changes, which must be submitted before the evening of each working day. To this end, the agency carefully monitors national and international economic developments and trends, and develops appropriate policy responses. It publishes the Annual Economic Review and Indian Economic Review reports.
