FIFA Football 2003

FIFA Football 2003 , known as FIFA Soccer 2003 in North America, is a football simulator developed by Electronic Arts and published by EA Sports . The release took place in October 2002. Roberto Carlos , Ryan Giggs and Edgar Davids were depicted on the European cover. The North American version depicts Landon Donovan .

FIFA 2003 is the tenth game in the series and the seventh in 3D . A number of new features have been added.

  • A completely rethought concept of the gameplay, revolutionary changes in the behavior of computer opponents and the introduction of a full-fledged physical model of ball control.
  • The absolute reliability of the only computer game that has an official FIFA license: 350 teams, 16 leading football leagues, more than 10,000 real-life players.
  • Completely redesigned gameplay: powerful artificial intelligence, team play, a huge variety of tactics, the absolute realism of the behavior of the ball.
  • A huge selection of national and international championships, including the European Club Championship, in which, by analogy with the Champions League, 18 of the best European teams compete.
  • 40 players - the best of the best - have their own unique style of play and branded feints.

The FIFA Football 2003 PlayStation 2 version of the game received "Double Platinum" from the Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association (ELSPA), [37] , selling at least 600,000 copies of the game in the UK. [38]
