Biography
Born in the family of an official. Received a law degree in France.
During the First Indochina War (1945-1954), he defended the members of the Resistance as a lawyer. He was one of the leaders of the mass anti-American demonstration in Saigon (March 1950). In 1954, he founded the Peace Movement organization and was elected its vice president. Twice was imprisoned (1950–1952, 1954–1961).
