  • Chen (paired with Chinese Liang Chen ) lost in the quarterfinals.
  • Zhan (paired with Chinese Han Xinyun ) reached the finals.

General Information

Over the course of a year, the 17-year-old Chinese woman Zheng Saysai was able to first win the Junior Olympics in doubles, and then to win several major titles in adult tennis: first she won the 75 thousandth in Beijing , then the 100 thousandth in Ningbo, and a little later WTA tournament in Guangzhou .
