György ( Hungarian. György ) is the son of the Hungarian king Andras I [1] [2] from his marriage with a Hungarian wife to the baptism of Andras in the Christian faith. Subsequently (around 1038) Andras I married Princess Anastasia Yaroslavna , daughter of Yaroslav the Wise and Ingergerda of Sweden . In 1053, Anastasia gave birth to a son named Chalamon , who became the heir to the throne. This made the children from his previous non-Christian marriages illegal and did not allow them to claim the already Christian Hungarian throne. György left for Scotland in 1055, where he became the founder of the Drummond clan [3] .
