Trick or Treat (film)

The film consists of four interrelated horror stories that happened on Halloween in the American town of Warren Wali in the state of Ohio . All these stories are united by one creature - Sam - a mysterious figure in orange shabby pajamas, wearing a bag on his head. He appears in all the stories, making sure that the traditions of Samhayn / Halloween are strictly observed.

Start

Emma and her husband, Henry, set up a scarecrow stuffed in their backyard in honor of Halloween. Returning home late at night, Emma decides to blow out Jack's lamp , but Henry tells her that this is contrary to tradition. Without listening to her husband, Emma blows out the lantern. While Henry is sitting in the house, Emma removes the stuffed and other decorations from their yard. Unexpectedly, an unknown person kills her with a sickle-shaped lollipop. Later, Henry, without waiting for his wife, goes out into the yard and finds the tortured corpse of Emma nailed to one of the effigy with a giant candy in his mouth.

Unusual Family

Stephen Wilkins, the protagonist of this story, is poisoning Charlie (a boy caught stealing candy from Wilkins’s porch). Before dying, Charlie tears up a lot of blood. Wilkins pulls the body into the house, but is smeared in the blood. At this time, children at the local school children come to him for candy - Mary, Chip and Sarah. Thinking that a shirt in the blood is just a suit, the children calmly take the candy and leave. The last candy is taken by a mysterious figure in an orange shabby pajamas with a bag on his head - Sam. Wilkins buries Charlie in his yard, along with another body. In addition, he has a clash with a neighbor - Mr. Krieg, who lives with his dog. After the burial, Wilkins notices Mr. Krieg, screaming and pleading for help, in the window of the neighboring house. Wilkins pays no attention to it. Later, Wilkins helps his son Billy cut Jack's lamp out of Charlie's severed head. The story ends with the phrase Billy: "But do not forget to help me cut my eyes."

School bus

Five children - Mary, Schroeder, Sarah, Chip and Rhonda decide to visit the abandoned quarry where a terrible tragedy occurred. Mary says that thirty years ago, a regular school bus was carrying “unusual” children in an unknown direction. The children sitting on the bus were mentally retarded. Parents did not want to have such children and decided to shake an unbearable burden from their shoulders. The parents paid the bus driver to handcuff the children, take them to an abandoned quarry and finish them there. The bus arrived at the quarry, but things did not go according to the driver’s plan. One of the children realized that they wanted to do with them, removed the handcuffs and got behind the wheel when the driver got distracted. The bus went and fell into the lake. Only the driver remained alive, who got out of the lake and kept silent about what had happened. Arriving at the scene, the children decide to scare Rhonda and dress up as children who have died at the lake. But soon real zombies get out of the lake and attack intruders. Rhonda leaves alive and unharmed. On the way from the quarry, she meets Sam, but, not paying attention to him, goes to the side of the house.

Party

Laurie, a shy 22-year-old virgin, prepares for a party with her older sister, Daniel, and their two friends, Mary and Janet. Girls buy their Halloween costumes at the store. Lori gets a suit of Red Riding Hood . Lori is tired of all the talk about guys and tells her friends that she will come to the party later. They find themselves guys and leave. Soon, Laurie also goes to the party. While she was walking along the road in the forest to the meeting place, she was attacked by a stranger dressed in a black cloak with a face mask and fangs, like a vampire. At this time, Daniel, Mary and Janet are waiting for Laurie at the campfire in a forest glade with their new guys and other visitors. From above, the body of Laurie, who had attacked Laurie, unexpectedly falls in Red Cloak's cape, after which she herself appears. It turns out that under the mask was Wilkins, who put on fake fangs, and all the girls at the party, including Lori, her sister and her friends, werewolves . And Lori's “virginity” meant that she never killed anyone. Girls turn into wolves and devour their boyfriends, including Wilkins. Sam, who is sitting nearby, is watching.

Sam

Krieg is an old grumpy Halloween hater who lives with his dog Spite. Krieg scares all the children who come for candy. Soon because of his hate for Halloween, he is being attacked by Sam. During the fight, Krieg tears off the bag from Sam's head and sees his true face - a pumpkin in the shape of a skull. Krieg pulls out a gun and shoots a monster in his hand and head, but he does not die. Having added his hand back, Sam pulls out a lollipop, bites him, so that he is shaped like a sickle, and attacks Krieg, but the lollipop does not fall into it, but into a small chocolate bar, which Krieg ate earlier. Satisfied with the treat Sam leaves, leaving Krieg alive. After the incident, Krieg burns a photograph with mentally retarded children and the bus driver depicted on it. Krieg was that bus driver. After him come the zombie children, whom he was going to kill.
