Biography
Lorenz Schindelholz was born on July 23, 1966 in the municipality of Herbetsville , canton of Solothurn . He began to perform in a bobsled on a professional level in the mid-1980s and from the very beginning began to show good results, he got into the national team of Switzerland as an accelerator.
Almost all the successes in Schindelholz’s career are related to the pilot-partner Gustav Weder , together they went to the 1992 Games in Albertville and won bronze medals in the program of four-seater crews.
Among other things, Lorenz Schindelholz won the World Championships three times, including two times the first and once the second. He came first at many stages of the World Cup, repeatedly won the Swiss championships.
