Biography
Born in 1922. Member of the CPSU since 1945.
Since 1940 - on economic, social and political work. In 1940 - 1986 - a secondary school teacher, a soldier in the border troops, at the Komsomol and party work in the Turkmen SSR, the first secretary of the Mary city committee of the Komsomol of Turkmenistan, the first secretary of the Sakar-Chaginsky district committee, the secretary of the party committee of the Bayram-Aliy production collective farm and state farm administration, the first secretary of the Bayram-Aliy district committee Communist Party of Turkmenistan, chairman of the Mary Regional Executive Committee (1974-1976), first secretary of the Mary Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan (1976-1985).
Member of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 10 (1979-1984) and 11 (1984-1989) convocations from the Turkmen SSR [1] [2] .
December 10, 1973 was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor for fulfilling obligations to increase the sale of agricultural products to the state.
