Built at Fairfield Shipbuilding and Engineering Company in Gowan, Scotland (serial number 491) under the name HMS Talisman . Launched on December 30, 1913 . Before the descent, renamed to HMS Louis . Named after Thomas Louis , 18th century British Rear Admiral .
He took part in the Dardanelles operation of the First World War . Wrecked in Suvla Bay on October 31, 1915 . Finished by Turkish coastal artillery [1] .
