He made his debut on the international arena in 1998 , when he won the bronze medal at the World Junior Championships in the 100-meter race . Champion of Jamaica in 2002 at 100 and 200 meters . In 2011, set a Jamaica record at a distance of 110 meters with a b - 13.15. The second place in the 4 × 100 meters relay race at the championship of the National University Sports Association in 2002. At the 2008 Olympics, won the gold medal in the 4 × 100 meter relay . He participated only in the first round of the competition, in the final race, his place was taken by Usain Bolt .
In the summer of 2011, Dwight had a family grief, slaughtered his father [1] .
