Biography

He graduated from the Lyceum in memory of Tsarevich Nikolay (1887) [1] . Brother Sergei Ippolitovich Kelepovsky , a member of the State Duma.

He was an official for special assignments under Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich . In 1906 - 1909 - Vladimirsky, in 1909 - 1912 - Livonia Vice-Governor , in 1912 - 1914 was Lublin , in 1914 - 1916 - Livonia , in 1916 - Pskov and in 1916 - 1917 - Kharkov Governor.

From 1921 in exile in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes , in Novi Sad , where he was chairman of the Russian colony. He died in Novi Sad in 1925.
