Danchik (present Bogdan Pavlovich Andrusishin ; born January 3, 1958 , New York ) is a Belarusian singer , journalist and public figure.

Biography
Danchik was born, studied and lived most of his life in New York . His father Pavlo is Ukrainian, and his mother Julia is a Belarusian. Since childhood, Danchik knew both Belarusian and Ukrainian. When he was 16, he got to the concert of "Pesnyarov" , who toured the USA . And a year later Danchik recorded his first album. In 1981 he graduated from the University (Faculty of Mass Communications). In 1989 he visited Belarus , where he gave concerts. Then Danchik also performed in Vilnius . The second time I visited Belarus with concerts in 1996. In 1997, announced the end of his musical career. The main occupation of Danchik was journalism. Employee, Deputy Director of the Belarusian service of Radio Liberty . Lives in Prague .
