The bicolor sharp-billed singer [2] ( Latin Conirostrum bicolor ) is a species of bird from the Tanagra family. Birds live in subtropical and tropical mangroves , low-lying moist forests and (low-lying) shrubberies [3] . Body length 11.5 cm [4] [5] , weight about 10 grams [3] .

Subspecies
- Conirostrum bicolor bicolor (Vieillot, 1809) - from the southwest of Cartagena east of the coastal border, including the Margarita Islands) and Trinidad to northern and eastern Brazil (from Amapa and the mouth of the Amazon River southeast to São Paulo ), where it occurs in places , as well as in coastal areas along the Rio Branco River (north central Brazil), where it is also local [1] ;
- Conirostrum bicolor minus (Hellmayr, 1935) - in coastal areas on both sides of the Amazon River in northeastern Peru, southeastern Colombia and Brazil - east to Porto Velho at the Madeira River and to the Tapajos River [1] .
