Geography
The farm is located in a floodplain on the left bank of the Kuban (1 km from the river bed), 4 km north of the center of the rural settlement - Bratsky farm.
On the opposite high bank of the Kuban is the village of Ladoga .
Streets
There are two streets in the farm - Mayskaya and Stepnaya [5] .
History
In 1887, the German Lutheran village of Neheim was founded on the territory of a modern farm [2] . In 1913, from the land partnership Neheim, the village of Novosyolovskoe was formed [6] .
Until 1917, the settlement belonged to the Eigenfeld ( Vannovo ) volost of the Caucasian department of the Kuban region , in the Soviet period it became part of the Ust-Labinsky district of the Krasnodar Territory. According to data for 1926, the total area of its lands was 600 acres, the number of inhabitants - 650 people (including 582 Germans); there was a primary school [2] .
