History
By the law of the Tula region dated May 29, 2014 No. 2116-ZTO [2] the working village of Leninsky was transformed into the rural village of Leninsky, and the municipal formation the working village of Leninsky was transformed from an urban settlement to a rural settlement .
The law of the Tula region dated June 11, 2014 No. 2133-ZTO [3] on June 24, 2014 unified all municipalities of the Leninsky district - the working villages of Leninsky and Plekhanovo , municipalities Rozhdestvensky , Medvensky, Shatsky, Ilyinsky, Inshinsky, Fedorovsky , Khrushchevsky and Obidimsky - with the municipality, the city of Tula .
