Museum T. G. Shevchenko - a museum in the city of Kanev , Cherkasy region of Ukraine, dedicated to Taras Shevchenko . The museum is located on the territory of the Shevchenko National Reserve in Kanev and is located 4 km south of the center of Kanev. The museum was designed by architect Vasily Krichevsky and Pyotr Kostyrko, the commission for the reception of the monument included Joseph Karakis and Nikolai Damilovsky [1] . From 2004 to 2010, the museum was reconstructed by the architect Larisa Skorik . Reconstruction cost sixty seven million hryvnias [2] .
