Biography
Born in 1905 in the village of Shaulino, Vyaznikovsky district, Vladimir region.
He was a farm laborer , courier and trafficker at the plant, a student and a graduate student of the MAI , an engineer, a department chair and deputy chief designer, director of aircraft factories. He was head of the Main Department of Educational Institutions (GUUZ) of the People’s Commissariat of the Aviation Industry (1939–1940), and then Head of the 4th Main Department of the People’s Commissariat of the Aviation Industry (1940–1942). Deputy People's Commissar of the aviation industry (1942-1946). Director of the engine-building plant number 16 of the People's Commissariat of the aviation industry of Kazan (now "Kazan Motor-Building Production Association" ) (1946-1947). Head of the laboratory of the OKB plant No. 117 of the Ministry of Aviation Industry (Leningrad) (1947-1951). He headed the department "Design and technology of production of engines" in the Military Mechanical Institute in Leningrad (now the Baltic State Technical University "Voenmech" ) (1949-1951). Deputy Chief Designer for Research Work of Plant 117 of the Ministry of Aviation Industry (Leningrad) (1951-1956). Director of the factory of the PO Box No. 476 of the Ministry of Aviation Industry (Leningrad) (now St. Petersburg OAO Red October) (1956-1959). Head of the Instrument-Making Unit of Lensovnarhoz (Leningrad) (1959–1966). Director of the organization of PO Box No. 472 of the Ministry of Aviation Industry (Leningrad), State All-Union Design Organization of Control and Automation Equipment (1966-1968).
Higher education (graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute in 1932). Member of the CPSU (b) from 1925. Party organizer of the plant number 24 (Moscow) from 1937 to 1939.
In 1924 he entered the workers' faculty at the Moscow Higher Technical School in 1924 (now the Bauman Moscow State Technical University ). After graduating from the workers' school, in 1928 he became a student at the aeromechanical faculty of Moscow State Technical University. In 1930, this faculty was transformed into the Moscow Aviation Institute . “In 1925, the aeromechanical department was organized at the mechanical faculty of the Moscow State Technical University (now MSTU), and since 1929 the aeromechanical department. On March 20, 1930, the All-Union Aviation Association of the VSNKh of the USSR organized the Higher Aeromechanical School (VAMU) on the basis of the aeromechanical department of the Moscow Technical University, which was named the Moscow Aeromechanical Institute on July 23, and received the name of the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) on August 29. Institute, Faculty of Motor Engineering (in 1945, renamed the Faculty of Aircraft Engines), graduating in 1932 as an engineer-mechanic with assignment to alifikatsii mechanical engineer.
He was buried in Leningrad (the obituary was placed in the Leningradskaya Pravda newspaper dated January 15, 1975 on 4 pages).
