Yuri Alexandrovich Filatov was born on January 26, 1988 in the city of Raichikhinsk, Amur Region .
He is a pupil of the Raychikhinsky hockey school. He began his career at the Amur hockey club (Khabarovsk) , which at that time played in the Premier League . A year later, Yuri goes to the Amur double, where he went on ice in 117 matches for 3 seasons. In 2007, Amur entered the Super League , Yuri returned from the double to the base, where he holds 2 games, leaves for HC Ermak (Angarsk) , where he holds 17 meetings and goes to HC Ryazan , where he spent only 1 game . He moves to play for the hockey club Gazprom-OGU (Orenburg) and holds 30 meetings with them. Then he played for HC Zauralie (Kurgan) at number 39.
