Content
Geography
The Primorsko-Kuy village council is located in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug , on the banks of the Pechora and Kuya rivers, the village of Chernaya on the coast of the Barents Sea . The territory of the village council belongs to the regions of the Far North and is characterized by difficult natural conditions, severe polar climate.
