Geography
The Shoinsky Village Council is located in the northwest of the Nenets Okrug , on the coast of the Barents Sea , on the Kanin Peninsula. The territory of the village council belongs to the regions of the Far North and is characterized by difficult natural conditions, severe polar climate.
