Geography
The lake is located 85 km south of Big Bear Lake and 220 north of Fort Simpson. One of Canada’s largest lakes is a water surface area of 380 km². The lake has a triangular shape. Altitude 255 meters. The flow from the northern corner of the lake to the north into the Johnny Ho River and then through St. Terez Lake to the McVicar Bay of Big Bear Lake. The closest settlement to the lake is the village of Wrigley on the east bank of the Mackenzie River , located southwest.
In the waters of the lake, fish of the salmon family are found.
