Eldense ( Spanish CD Eldense ) is a Spanish football club from the city of Elda , in the province of Alicante in the autonomous community of Valencia . The club was founded in 1921, holds home games at the Pepico Amat arena, which seats 8,000 spectators. History
Eldens made his debut in the Segunda in the 1956/57 season, taking 16th place in the second group. The club achieved a more successful result in the next season, being at the end of it at the 8th line of the tournament table. However, the next season Eldens finished in last place and flew to a lower league. The return to Segundo took place in the 1962/63 season, in which the team took 7th place. Following the results of the next tournament draw, the club flew to Tercer . In the late 1980s, Eldens performed at Segunda B , but did not rise above fifth place.
