The 2005 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships - the 7th Junior World Championships under the auspices of the IIHF , held from April 14 to April 24, 2005 in Pilsen and ΔeskΓ© BudΔjovice ( Czech Republic ). The winner of the championship was the US team , in the final defeating the Canadian team with a score of 5: 1. The third place was taken by the team of Sweden , which won against the Czech team - 4: 1.
