Khariton Nikolaevich Tskhovrebov ( September 15, 1920 - August 26, 2014 [1] ) was a Soviet military pilot, reserve major, honored pilot of the USSR .

Tskhovrebov flew trouble-free 20,000 hours. During the same years, more than 150 air force commanders, both civil aviation of the USSR and other countries friendly to the USSR, were trained.

Biography
Born September 15, 1920 in Tskhinvali in the family of a poor peasant peasant . Father - Nikolai Mayorovich, mother - Liza Vasilyevna. The family had four children: three boys and one girl. Khariton was the oldest, Boris was born in 1926 , then Pavel, and then sister Zhenya.
He began working in 1933 as a courier in the city court. After graduating from the seven classes of school, he went to study at a technical school.
In 1936, the flying club was opened in Tskhinvali. In 1938 , after graduating from technical school, Khariton entered the flying club. In 1939, at the end of graduation, those who studied well (including Tskhovrebova) were sent to the Stalingrad school of fighter pilots. He was released from school with certificates from an aeroclub flight instructor. In 1940 he was enrolled in a detachment of pilots-instructors, began working in the Tskhinvali flying club.
Since the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, he did not get into the combat unit, but into the Tbilisi Aviation School for Pilots No. 26. In October 1942, Khariton Tskhovrebov got into the army. He fought in the Black Sea Group of Forces, and later on the North Caucasus Front . In 1944, he was the deputy commander of the air squadron of the 85th separate air regiment, 2nd Ukrainian Front. In 1945, as part of the 2nd Ukrainian Front was in Bratislava . Until the end of the war he fought in Moldova , Romania , Hungary , Austria .
On his account - 1954 sorties. He transported 990 wounded, 529 liters of canned blood for them, 4598 kilograms of medicines and over 10,000 kilograms of medical supplies, as well as 177 health workers and commanders.
After the war, Tskhovrebov worked for a long time on international airlines. In the 1950s - 1960s he worked in the 206th squadron ( Vnukovo ), then - in the 210th squadron ( Sheremetyevo ). Khariton Nikolayevich was the first pilot on many direct flights from Moscow to the countries of Southeast, Central and North America. On April 17, 1967, he and his crew made the first non-stop flight on the route Moscow - Tokyo - Moscow . The crew of the Tu-114 , headed by the pilot Kh. N. Tskhovrebov, made an unprecedented flight from Havana to Moscow (via Murmansk ). The air liner passed without landing 10900 kilometers.
He was a member of the club "Experience" [2] .
