Lee Tokar was born in Kelowna , British Columbia, Canada on February 11, 1969. At birth, he was diagnosed with retinal dystrophy — a disease in which vision is so weak that, according to Canadian law, a person suffering from it is considered blind (Lee Tokar is a member of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind). At the age of five, Tokar told his mother that he would like to "grow and become a cartoon." Tokar initially did not understand at that time the concept of the concept of "cartoon" when he spoke these words. At the age of ten years, Tokar won first place in the talent show for his vocal improvisations of the characters of the cartoon frogs Kermit and Bagz Bunny . At the age of 12, Tokar won his first public award - for reading an essay of two thousand words about horror movies. In his teenage years, even before he graduated from high Kelowna school, Lee opened his own business in the field of graphic art, which allowed him to travel around British Columbia and create wall art murals for restaurants. In 1988, he won the British Columbia dramatists competition for his own work, The Confession, which was presented at Waterfront Theater on Granville Island in Vancouver, British Columbia. A year later, in 1989, he received an award for his second production entitled “ You Obviously Weren't Listening ” ( You Obviously Weren't Listening ). In 2008, Lee Tokar was awarded the 2008 Electronic Animation Award in the nomination "Best Voice Actor of the Year" for his role in the animated film " George from the Jungle "; the award was presented to him by the creator of the animated series " Family Guy " and actor Seth MacFarlane .

Lee Tokar took part in the voicing of dozens of cartoons, animated series (including anime stylistics), films and television shows, as well as computer and video games (in particular, in the 2003 Hulk game, he voiced the Super-Lives Poluzhivogo and Flaks).

Lee Tokar has his own website on the Internet, where not only his biography is described, but also his pictures are presented in a digitized form for free review.
