Biography
Born on December 11, 1927 in the Ozerki farm of the Ilovlinsky district of the Stalingrad region (according to other sources, in the Pukhov farm) [1] .
Member of the Great Patriotic War . After the victory, he arrived in Stalingrad by train and was sent to the Krasny Oktyabr factory. (According to other sources, after being drafted into the army, instead of the front, he was sent to Stalingrad, where he graduated from FZU No. 15 and was sent to the Krasny Oktyabr factory).
He passed a labor path from a rolling mill to the shift supervisor of a sheet-rolling workshop of a plant. In 1967 he graduated from the Volgograd Metallurgical College on the job. He worked at the plant until 1997 .
He was engaged in active social activities, was a mentor to the youth of the plant [2] .
Currently lives in the Krasnooktyabrsky district of Volgograd . [3]
Awards
- By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 30, 1971, for outstanding achievements in fulfilling the tasks of the five-year plan, the master of the Volgograd factory "Red October" Nikolai Ivanovich Loktionov was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle."
