Career

In March 2009, he became the winner of the Russian championship among club teams born in 1992 as part of the Novokuznetsk Metallurg [3] [4] . In the summer off-season, he decides to go to the system of junior leagues in North America , for which he pays monetary compensation to Metallurg for terminating the contract unilaterally [5] .

At the intersection of 2009—2010, he played for the Russian team at the World Youth Championship , but he was expelled from the junior team shortly before the start of the World Cup in April 2010 [6] . In the 2010 NHL draft, Telegin was selected by the Atlanta Thrashers club under 101st number [7] . In July 2010, he studied at the Thrashers rookie camp [8] .

He was a candidate for a trip to MFM 2011 , but two weeks before it started, he was injured and lost the chance to break into the national team again [9] . December 23, 2011 entered the final composition of the youth team of Russia to participate in the youth world championship 2012 [10] . In February 2016, he was first called up to the Russian national team to participate in the Czech stage of Euro Hockey Tour [11] .

Personal life

Since 2013, he lived with his girlfriend Eugenia. In February 2016, their son Mark was born.

In the same year, Telegin began dating the singer Pelageya [12] . They got married on June 16, 2016 [13] , and on January 21, 2017 they had a daughter, Taisiya [14] .
