Geographical position
The village of Vyshhorodok is located on the banks of the Svinoroyka River, the village of Vereshchaki adjoins upstream, and the village of Sokolovka adjoins downstream. The road R-43 passes through the village.
History
Associated by historians [2] with Vygoshev of Russian chronicles, mentioned under 1097 when describing the siege of Vladimir-Volynsky Davyd Igorevich in early June 1099 ), under 1152, was among the Volyn cities captured by Vladimir Galitsky.
