Khorei-Ver is located on the banks of the Colva River , 86 kilometers from the Naryan-Mar - Usinsk Highway under construction. The distance to the administrative center of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug Naryan-Mar is 215 km. The distance to the city of Usinsk is 160 km. 60 km northwest of the village is the Ardalinskoye oil field .
