Biography

Born November 27, 1908 in the village of Mikhailovka , now Zaporizhzhya region of Ukraine, in a peasant family. Ukrainian .

He graduated from junior high school, Soviet construction courses in Moscow. He worked as a stoner at the Gruzskaya mine in the Donbass . Member of the CPSU (b) since 1932 .

In the Red Army since 1930 . In 1940 he graduated from political courses. He participated in battles with the Japanese at Lake Hassan in 1938 , in the Soviet-Finnish War. Member of the Great Patriotic War since 1941.

In early July 1941, F. I. Pavlovsky, together with the 1st Secretary of the Oktyabrsky District Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus of the Polessky Region of the BSSR, T. Bumazhkov, organized the Red October partisan detachment in this area, becoming the commander of this detachment in the same month.

Since January 1942, F.I. Pavlovsky was the commander of a partisan formation. Under his leadership, on January 14, 1942, a large German garrison was defeated in the village of Vetchin of the Zhitkovichi region , and a few days later the first district center of the BSSR - Kopatkevichi (now a city village within the Petrikovsky district of the Gomel region ) was permanently freed from fascist occupation. Later, the partisans of Pavlovsky de-occupied the territories of the Oktyabrsky, Zhitkovichsky, Petrikovsky and Glussky districts. In May 1942 - May 1944 - commander of the 123rd partisan brigade named after the 25th anniversary of the Belarusian SSR [1] . In 1943 - May 1944, a member of the underground Polessky Regional Committee and the October District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Belarus.

Since July 1944 - in stock. In the years 1945-1966 - in leadership work. He lived in Minsk . He was buried in the native village of Mikhailovka.

He was awarded the Order of Lenin , orders of the October Revolution , World War 1 degree [2] (1985), Red Star , and medals.
