Biography

Valery Alekseevich Smirnov was born on May 17, 1942 in the city of Ivanovo . Smirnov (Ryzhalov) Primary School He graduated in Minsk , participated in republican radio broadcasts - read poetry in Belarusian . Valery Alekseevich graduated from high school already in Ivanovo, where he also studied at the theater [1] team of the Palace of Pioneers [2] .
