Geography
It is located 50 km from Cheboksary by road, which connects the Krasnoarmeyskoye with the cities and district centers of the Chuvash Republic, mainly through Tsivilsk and the village of Ishaki . Located on the right bank of the Bolshaya Shatma River .
History
Until August 16, 1940, the village was called Front Tracks , from 1939 to December 20, 1962 and from November 3, 1965 - the administrative center of the Krasnoarmeysky district.
Many Chuvash people living in the region and beyond, to this day, call the area around the village. Krasnoarmeyskoe T (ă) Cancer En (Trakovsky krai, side).
The return of the historical name Truckee \ Tărak instead of the Soviet-colored name Krasnoarmeyskoe , in view of the all-Russian trend of a relatively positive (compared to perestroika times and 90 years) outlook on the Soviet period of history, is postponed indefinitely.
