Biography

He served in the army. In 1954 he graduated with honors from the Moscow Art Theater School , a student of P. Massalsky , A. Tarasova , A. Stepanova . In the graduation performance, he played the role of Sateen in the play " At the Bottom ", had positive feedback in the Moscow press. After graduating from the studio, despite invitations to Moscow theaters, he left for the province. He worked in the Krasnoyarsk Regional Theater , theaters of Khabarovsk, Chelyabinsk, Saratov, Riga and Yerevan Academic Russian Drama Theaters. Among the partners of Mokhov on the stage are A. Dzhigarkhanyan and O. Yankovsky .

In 1981-1998 he worked at the Tomsk Drama Theater . Among the roles played by N. Mokhov are Hamlet , Othello , King Lear in the plays of Shakespeare , Boris Godunov , Neschastlivtsev in Ostrovsky 's Forest , Luka in Gorky 's At the Bottom , Moliere in Bulgakov’s play .

Creator and director of the Tomsk Chamber Drama Theater [1] .
