Story
A wealthy couple leaves, leaving the children under the supervision of a young student, Jill Johnson, very pleased with her earnings. In addition to Jill in the house are the maid Rose and Jill's friend, Tiffany, who comes to visit her.
Soon in the house the phone rang. “What are the kids doing now?” Are you in the know? ”Asks an unfamiliar voice. At first, Jill thinks that this is someone's joke, but when the calls began to repeat with threats, Jill realizes that she and the children are in danger. She calls the police and, together with the police, comes to the decision that she should play a game with a stranger, as a result of which he should be tracked down.
Soon the Rose disappears, and Jill sees someone in the guest house, which is located opposite. She thinks it is Todd, the eldest son of the couple, or Rosa, and decides to go there. Jill takes the lantern and the stick and runs to the guest house. There she finds no one, but notices that the light is on in Rosa’s room. She runs back to the third floor in Rosa’s room. Soon she gets a call from the police and warns Jill that the caller is somewhere in the house. Finding Tiffany dead in Rosa's bathroom, Jill runs down to the nursery. She finds the children in the toy chest. When they are going downstairs, Jill sees a stranger standing on a hardwood ceiling on the ceiling.
Jill and the children run away from the nursery. They run down and hide in a glazed water garden. The stranger finds them and attacks Jill, and the children at this time run to the door, which is locked from the other side. Jill finds the dead body of the Rose in the water. She traps a stranger in a water garden and finds children in the fireplace. But the stranger gets out of there and runs after them. Jill manages to let the children out of the house, and she herself is trying to resist the maniac. Then the police appear and catches the killer.
End: Jill in the hospital. She wakes up and tries to call the nurse, but no one answers. She goes into the corridor - the hospital is empty. She hears the phone ring. Then she turns around and sees a maniac behind her. This is where Jill ends the dream. She has gone mad, it seems to her that the dream was a reality and that the maniac is still hunting her. She becomes hysterical, while doctors and her father try to calm her down.
