Kuza, Alexander K.

Alexander K. Kuza

Alexandru Konstantin Kuza (usually Alexander K. Kuza or A.K. Kuza , room; Alexandru Constantin Cuza ; November 8, 1857 , Iasi - November 4, 1947 , Bucharest ) - Romanian ultra-right politician and theorist.

Early life

Born in Iasi, after high school, Cuza studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Paris , Humboldt University of Berlin and Brussels Free University. He received his doctorate in political science and economics (1881), as well as jurisprudence (1882).

Upon returning to Romania , Cuza became active in socialist circles formed around Constantine Millet . He participated in the meetings of the literary society Junimea, helping Convorbiri Literare magazine. In 1892, he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies (where he worked until 1895).

Fame

In 1945 he was arrested and deprived of an honorary academic title. He died in prison in Sibiu.
