Biography
In 1993 , he headed as a scientific coordinator a non-governmental public organization - the Information and Consultation Center "Strix" at the eco-center "Dront". A member of the Union of Birds of Russia (SOCA). Since 1993, he was the head or participant of 28 grant projects in the field of science, education and culture. In 1993, at the invitation of the Canadian Ministry of the Environment, he gave a series of lectures in Sarnia , Ontario , Canada . Participated in presentations at the International Educational Conferences and Symposiums in Moscow, Ohrid ( Macedonia ) and Budapest ( Hungary ). Graduate of the Open World-2002 Program ( Seattle , Washington , USA ). [2]
In 1997-1998 He worked as director of the program "Education" in the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Open Society Institute. Since 1999 , the deputy. Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Center for Educational Technologies (NRTSOT) at the Open Region Foundation.
