Career
Ilya Kaznadey began his professional career in 2006 as part of the Minsk club of the Belarusian major league “ Junior ”. In his debut season, Ilya spent 8 matches on the site, gaining 2 (1 + 1) points. After a season spent at the Zhlobin Metallurg farm club, Kaznadei signed a contract with Dynamo Shinnik Bobruisk club, however, having played only one match with him, he returned to Metallurg. For three years in Zhlobin, Ilya became the main defender of the club, having managed to attract the attention of many teams to his game.
On November 16, 2011, Kaznadey went to see Dynamo Minsk [1] for viewing, and the very next day he entered into a unilateral agreement with the club [2] . In the regular season 2013/2014, his utility score was “-21”. Thus, Ilya became the most useless defender in the League.
