Miki Biazion became famous in the early 1980s by winning the Italian Rally Championship in 1983 and the European Rally Championship Driving Lancia 037 . After this “take-off,” he was noticed in the Lancia World Rally Championship Team (LWRCT), where he was invited to participate in the World Cup under the flags of their team. LWRCT represented by Biazion saw the strengthening of the team, and the replacement of the deceased Henry Toivonen. The close collaboration between Biazion and LWRCT, coupled with the powerful Lancia Delta Integrale, soon brought success. Biazion won 3/4 of all the races in which he participated in the late 1980s, which allowed him to win the league title twice in a row (1988 and 1989). He became the second pilot after Juhi Kankkunen , who was able to defend his championship title and the third two-time world rally champion after Kankkunen and Walter Roell .

It so happened that after 1989, Mika Biazion “turned a sports fortune”. In the 1990 season, the improved Lancia Delta Integrale 16V under his management was much weaker, he reached the finish line in only 5 races of the season, having won two victories and three times becoming the third. The final place in the championship is fourth. The 1991 season was even more nightmare, for the first time in his career in the Lancia team, he did not win a single victory and was fourth in the season. After mutual swear words, Biazion left Lancia by signing a contract with the Ford team. The 1992 season, Biazion began driving the new Ford Sierra RS Cosworth 4x4. Biazion was full of optimism, but after the first stage of the 1992 Monte Carlo Rally, he called his car “piece d *****” in the media after finishing in 8th place. Already at the next stage, the Rally of Portugal 1992 he was 2nd. It was the highest spot in the 1992 season. The result is fourth place. The following 1993, Mickey even won one 1993 Acropolis Rally race in Greece, but by the end of the year again finished fourth.

In 1994, the Ford team, the flagship of which was Biazion, showed regression from race to race, which led to the relationship between the team and Mickey escalating to the limit. Miki Biazion was fired from the team that same year. After the scandals, he spent several rallies driving private team cars and quietly left the rally at the end of 1995.

Throughout his career, his navigator was Tiziano Siviero ( Italian: Tiziano Siviero ), with the exception of one race in 1988.

After a career in the rally, Biazion left for the World Truck Championship (truck race), where he became the two-time champion of 1998 and 1999, and repeatedly participated in the Dakar Rally .
