Uzdenov, Albert Magometovich

Born April 5, 1957 in the village. Zadarya, Arys region, South Kazakhstan region . 1963-1971 studied at the Khurzuk secondary school. 1971-1975 studied at the veterinary department of the Pervomaisk state farm technical school. 1976-1978 he served in the army. 1979-1983 he studied at KCHGPU them. U. D. Aliyev , combining his studies with work as a soloist and vocalist in the ensemble “Alania” of the Karachaevsky RDK and the ensemble “Dombay” of the Karachaevsky GDK.

He was engaged in pedagogical activities, worked in the field of culture.

• 1991 - joined the Union of Writers of the USSR.
• 1991 - awarded the title of Honored Worker of Culture of the CBD.
• 1996 - awarded the honorary title " Honored Artist of the Russian Federation "
• 1998 - became a laureate of the State Prize of the KCR named after U. Aliyev
• 1999 - awarded the honorary title "People's Poet of the KCR."
• 2003 - defended his thesis on pedagogy.
• 2007 - awarded the honorary title "People's Artist of the KCR."
• 2007 - the name in the constellation Aries is named after Albert Uzdenov
• 2008 - Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia.
• 2009 - elected as a Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Creativity.
• 2010 - was elected a full member-academician of the Public Academy of Sciences, Culture, Education and Business of the Caucasus.
• May 2001 - April 2011 - Deputy Minister of Culture of the KCR .
• from October 25, 2011 - to present - Advisor to the Head of the KCR .

The heyday of author's creativity fell on the years of his studies at the Karachay-Cherkess State Pedagogical University . Each of his new songs became popular and scattered in the records of local recording studios and on tape. These songs began to be recorded by the Karachay-Cherkess and Kabardino-Balkarian radio and television. For several years, the radio and television of both republics received orders for the performance of songs by A. Uzdenov, a number significantly exceeding applications for the performance of works by other authors.

In 1985, A. Uzdenov became the Laureate of the All-Union Exhibition of Folk Art dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Great Victory. He is a graduate of the All-Union Festival of the author’s song "Saratov - 86". Repeated winner of the zonal contests of the author’s song.

A. M. Uzdenov was awarded the title of Laureate of the Komsomol Prize of the KCR. Speaker: in the USA, in Turkey, in Kazakhstan.

He is the author of seven poetry collections, one of which - “Loop” - was published in the USA in 1990. A deep knowledge of the language, the ability to subtly and sensitively use its wealth, high artistry and imagery, a peculiar perception of the world around it make it an idol for a wide readership.

He does a lot of work to identify and support young talents.

Shamil Uzdenov is the youngest member of the Union of Writers of the Russian Federation at the time of entry.

The work of Albert Uzdenov is a reform in the Karachay-Balkarian song melody and versification. Some of his songs are translated into Russian, Turkish, Arabic, English, Kazakh. Many songs were created by him in Russian. The impetus for this was the lyrics of such famous poets as B. Pasternak , N. Gumilyov , K. Balmont , A. Tarkovsky , E. Evtushenko , N. Rubtsov , G. Gorbovsky , V. Smirnov, S. Agaltsev, Yu. Sozarukov and others.
