Biography
Denis was born on May 17, 1974 in Arkhangelsk . He was educated at the Moscow State University. M. V. Lomonosov. In 2006 he graduated from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
Since 2002 - General Director of the Moscow trading company Delta Telecom. From May 2003 to 2005, he worked at the federal state-owned unitary operational enterprise “Expr” of the Ministry of Property of the Russian Federation (housing stock management).
