Biography

He graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in electrification. Railway engineer is an electrician.
The whole professional life of Sinitsyn in the Ministry of Railways of the USSR and the Russian Federation, in JSC Russian Railways is connected with the power supply sector of the Moscow Railway .
Since 1965 - student of the electrician, electrician of the power supply section of the Ozherelye station.
After serving in the army in 1969 he returned to the 13th section of energy supply, where he worked as an electrician, foreman, head of the district of electric networks, head of the repair and inspection workshop, deputy head of the section. Since 1984 - Head of the Moscow-Kursk power supply section [3] .
Since 1986 - deputy head of the electrification and energy services (then - power supply services) department of the Ministry of Railway, since 1991 - head of the power supply service.
From 1997 to 2007 - Deputy Head of the Ministry of Railway for Human Resources and Social Affairs (with a short break) [3] .
In 2007 - 2010 - Director of the Design Bureau for Electrification of Railways.
On December 10, 2010 he was elected chairman of Dorprofzhel (Road Territorial Organization of the Railway Workers Union) at the Moscow Railway, which unites 313 trade union organizations, 151 thousand members. At the initiative of Sinitsyn, a pilot project on insurance of members of locomotive brigades against professional unsuitability [1] [2] [3] was implemented at the Russian Railways .

Married first marriage. Wife - Galina Ilinichna Sinitsyna (b. 1946 ). The only daughter, Marina Nikolaevna Sinitsyna (b. 1972 ), is the deputy head of the Personnel Management Service of the Moscow Railway [1] .
