Osaka International Women's Marathon (大阪 国際 女子 マ ラ ソ ン Ōsaka Kokusai Joshi Marason) is an annual women's marathon competition held in late January in Osaka , Japan .

The marathon is supported by the Japan Association of Athletics Federations (日本 陸上 競技 連 盟), Kansai Telecasting Corporation (関 西 テ レ ビ 放送 株式会社), Sankei Shimbun Co., Ltd. (株式会社 産業 経 済 新聞 社, the Sankei Shimbun), Sankei Sports (サ ン ケ イ ス ポ ー ツ), Osaka Broadcasting Corporation (大阪 放送 株式会社, Radio Osaka) and Osaka City (大阪 市?).
The first race took place on January 24, 1982, and was won by Italian Rita Marchisio. In 1995, it was canceled due to the Kobe earthquake .
Umiko Hara won the race in 2007.

- Tatyana Gamera-Shmyrko received a 4-year suspension and was suspended from sports for the period from September 30, 2015 to September 29, 2019. All results of the athlete for the period from August 26, 2011 to September 30, 2015 were canceled, including victories at the Osaka women's marathon in 2013, 2014 and 2015 [1] .
