Economics
The main occupations of the population are reindeer herding and fishing . Bugrino - the base of the SEC "Kolguevsky". In 2013−2014, due to the lack of sufficient feed on the island of Kolguyev, a massive mortality of deer occurred. The livestock decreased from 12,000 to 200-400 [10] .
