History
The beginning of events - November 27, 2011, when the second round of presidential elections took place, was attended by two candidates. Anatoly Bibilov and Alla Dzhioeva advanced to the second round; According to incomplete data, November 27 led Dzhioeva with 56% vs. 40% in Bibilova. The author of the term was Zaur Farniyev, a Kommersant correspondent, who tweeted the report under the hashtag of the Snow Revolution.
