Euroaction

Euroaction - a stock that is simultaneously quoted both in its national market and in the markets of other countries. Most often, we are talking about stocks of transnational corporations, large banks or investment funds .

It is necessary to distinguish the Euro-stock market from national stock markets and foreign stock markets. In the latter case, shares are issued and quoted at a specific foreign financial center. Eurobonds are quoted in a financial center (mainly in London, to a lesser extent - in Luxembourg and Singapore) and are sold simultaneously to customers from different countries for their national currencies.

The fact that issuers or buyers belong to the Eurozone is not a criterion at all. An important fact is the simultaneous trading of these shares for several national currencies.
