The lake is located in the Sebezh National Park .

Area - 2.0 km² (204.0 ha, with islands - 207 ha). The maximum depth is 4.0 m, the average depth is 2.0 m. [1]

On the lake is the village of Bukatino.

Flowing. Through the lakes ( Nice , Motyazh , Necheritsa ) and rivers (Motyazhnitsa, Svolva and Drissa ), the Western Dvina River is connected.

The type of lake is carp and perch with a bream. Mass fish species: pike, roach, perch, bream, rudd, ide, bream, tench, crucian carp, ruff, burbot, eel, loach. [one]
