Kopfschuss earned even more popularity after Wer bist du? . The song " Freiflug " ( Free Flight ) became a hit in the work of the group, a video was shot on it. Miststück, Herz aus Stein, and Kopfschuss have also become popular in youth clubs.
In the USA, the album was reissued under the name Megaherz II / Two / Zwei
The album Zombieland (2014) made a remake of the song "Herz Aus Stein".
